Delivery & Pickups

We offer free delivery throughout the Perth metropolitan area, regardless of order size.

For next-day delivery, orders must be placed with your Account Manager or our office before 2:00pm on the business day prior to delivery.
Next-day delivery is subject to stock availability and delivery scheduling.
If you require an urgent next-day delivery, please advise our office when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Urgent same-day deliveries may be available upon request. Please contact our office to discuss availability. Same-day delivery services are only available to customers with an approved trading account.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
Any delivery shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, supplier delays, industrial action, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events. We will make every effort to minimise any disruption and keep customers informed.

All pickup orders must be placed at least 2 hours prior to the intended collection time.
Please advise our office of your preferred pickup time when placing your order so we can prioritise preparation accordingly.
Collection times are subject to warehouse operating hours.
Customers should inspect goods prior to leaving the premises and notify staff of any issues immediately.
Please quote your order number when collecting goods to assist with efficient processing.
Orders not collected within 5 business days may be returned to stock unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Special-order and non-stock items may be subject to extended lead times.
Delivery and pickup schedules may be affected by public holidays and peak trading periods.
